The Business Development Officer will drive revenue growth and strengthen media partnerships by identifying and securing new business opportunities with direct brands and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate sponsorships and branded integrations.
• Conduct market analysis to spot emerging opportunities.
• Deliver compelling media kits and pitch decks.
• Build long‑term client relationships and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Ensure high retention through excellent service and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, and Production teams to guarantee flawless campaign execution aligned with the brand voice.
