Job Description
- Identify focus areas and lead strategic discussions to drive projects that support the Business Development team’s business growth and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements to streamline workflows and elevate the merchant experience for the BD team.
- Lead coordination with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Budget, Ops) to align commercial goals and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Involved in end‑to‑end BD project planning and execution.
- Resolve key operational issues through root cause analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
