Position Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for our in-house SAAS platform. This role involves a full-cycle sales approach, including outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and deal closure. The BDR will primarily target small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) within home service industries such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and home theater. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls and follow-ups (200–350 calls/day) Identify and qualify potential customers within target industries Schedule, conduct, and lead product demonstrations Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure Achieve same-day closures where possible, while maintaining structured follow-up processes Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and deals within the CRM Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with th...
