Black & McDonald''s Service Team seeks a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who excels at prospecting, developing, influencing and closing sales, and who is ready to realize significant income potential from their efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a defined territory and generate new Service Agreements in commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
- Engage potential clients, evaluate the current Total Cost of Owning and Operating their facility assets, and identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Qualify prospects and close opportunities using Black & McDonald''s proactive sales strategy and training.
- Maintain accurate territory plans, activity records, and forecasts.
