We’re hiring driven and ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help us grow. This is a high-volume outbound role where you’ll make 120+ cold calls per day to engage HR and finance leaders, book fact-finding meetings for senior advisors, and build RFPs when opportunities become qualified.

While this is a high-activity outbound sales role, it goes far beyond making calls. You’ll also get to sit in on live discovery meetings , gain exposure to the full consulting process, and work side-by-side with experienced advisors.
