Overview of the Role:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is part of our Sales Development Organization β€” the engine behind new business growth at Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM. We are looking for a motivated BDR to partner with our outbound sales teams, drive pipeline through strategic prospecting, and launch a high-impact sales career at a company leading the agentic era.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory
  • Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts
  • Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales
