As a Business Development Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals who help customers choose Sage as their trusted partner. Develop and inspire your team by coaching individuals to grow their skills, confidence, and impact—enabling consistently exceptional customer engagement.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to scale, automate, and streamline processes, ensuring a seamless and
efficient customer journey.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, partnering across the business to shape and evolve Sage’s Finance, HCM, and Payroll solutions for small and mid-sized organisations.
