We are an established Agrochemical company seeking a dynamic and commercially driven BDSpecialist / Agrochemical Sales Specialist to support business expansion across Asia.

This role focuses on sales and trading activities for managing the regional commercial roadmap for one of three high-value business lines: Specialty Pesticides & Herbicides, Biostimulants, and integrated Crop Nutrition products, ensuring the category delivers its value proposition.

• Identifying and qualifying potential new customers through research, cold calling, and email outreach
• Maintaining a detailed pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress
• Collaborating closely within the sales team to convert leads into customers
