**1. Business Strategy & Growth**

+ Own China Orthodontics business strategy and P&L delivery, aligning with global priorities and driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth
+ Lead integrated commercial strategy (Sales, Marketing, Channel) to expand footprint across public hospitals and private clinics
+ Navigate policy and market dynamics, including VBP, while continuously refining business models, portfolio strategy, and innovation (e.g., digital dentistry)
+ Identify growth levers including portfolio innovation, segment expansion, and strategic partnerships

**2. Commercial Leadership**

+ Drive sales force effectiveness and optimize channel mix to enhance coverage, productivity, and execution efficiency
