Job Summary The Business Excellence Leader will be based in Guadalajara North, reporting to Business Excellence Manager. The role continuously drives a culture of excellence in the organization and enables waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches, guiding actions to sustainable conclusions.
Responsibilities - Apply and deploy Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.
- Eliminate waste and create value by reducing variation in processes to achieve sustainable results.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques for process improvements, cycle‑time reductions, cost reductions and elimination of non‑value‑added activities.
- Create and validate processes and standards based on standard work and best practices.
