Primary Purpose of Position

The Regional Business Excellence Sr. Analyst will lead, coach, teach, and support Ball and Ball Global Shared Services employees by following and leveraging the Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile philosophies.

Essential Functions

Relationship Management and Communication

• Establish and maintain effective work relationships with global CoE members, customers, and stakeholders
• Interact with others to create and maintain a positive, productive work environment, minimizing personal conflicts in a high-performance setting
• Deliver very good written and oral communication to understand stakeholder and customer needs, provide training, and solve complex problems

Collaboration and Partnership

• Partner with Ball and GSS capabilities, centers of excellence, leaders, individuals, customers, and stakeholders to measure and improve processes, data, and technology
