We are looking for an experienced Business Immigration Attorney for a law firm based in San Francisco, CA. This position is REMOTE, but candidates must be local to the Bay Area and have the ability to come into the office on occasion as needed.


Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for business clients.

• Counsel employers and human resources teams on case strategy, filing timelines, eligibility considerations, and required supporting documents.

• Draft, analyze, and finalize petitions, applications, legal support letters, and related evidence with a high standard of accuracy.

• Represent organizations in business immigration matters, including compliance-related issues and interactions connected to government proceedings.
