The Business Initiatives (BI) Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives between business units and corporate services to drive completion of company initiatives. The BI Manager will manage teams of internal owners and stakeholders to scope, plan, manage, train, communicate and ultimately complete major enterprise initiatives. The BI Manager requires a hands-on delivery leader who will lead initiatives to move from the current state to the desired future state while engaging leaders, processes, tasks, roles, tools, data, integrations, and insights. This position will assess the business and operational implications at each stage and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
