Position summary: The Business Intake & Conflicts Analyst (Regional) is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow and timely movement of all new business conflict requests with an emphasis on requests within the designated region. Designated region for this position comprised of Cooley's Europe and Asia offices. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Position responsibilities :
Responsible for processing and clearing all forms throughout the BIC lifecycle, including conflicts analysis, resolution, intake review and compliance follow-ups within the designated region
Create conflicts reports after preparing search terms for related parties in a matter
Understand and interpret database results for firm partners, counsel, attorneys and professional staff.
