You will be responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights that support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making across the business.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics or related qualification
Experience required:
Minimum of 3 years Business Intelligence and or Data Analyst experience
Experience with the Power BI tool and Dynamics 365 application
Retail industry and e-commerce exposure
Understand large data sets (cleaning, scrubbing, organizing and validating)
Ability to understand retail operations, customer behaviour, and commercial drivers
Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, root causes, and provide actionable recommendations
Strong ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and converting data
