About the Role

In this role, you will help design and strengthen Ricoh’s global data architecture, working closely with international teams to deliver solutions that contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing backend SQL solutions (ETL/SSIS) to support global Power BI reporting.
• Creating Power Apps and user‑friendly interfaces that enable efficient data management.
• Enhancing and expanding the data infrastructure by integrating new architectures and data sources.
• Ensuring robust data governance, security, and compliance with GDPR.
• Supporting continuous improvement through the development of global KPIs and data quality processes.
• Documenting technical processes and creating clear BI documentation for internal use.
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure solutions align with strategic priorities.
