About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience BI Specialist to support our APAC Supply Chain and Customer Experience team.
In this role, you will turn complex supply chain and customer data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance improvements across OTIFD (On-Time In-Full Delivery), CSL (Customer Service Level), CTD (Cost-to-Deliver), and O2C (Order-to-Cash). You will work closely with regional stakeholders to build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and support data-driven decision-making across markets.
