Key job responsibilities
-Tax registration and licensing management, support, and tracking in multiple systems, partnering with business site teams
- Licensing and tax registration calendar management
- Assist in payment processing, including check requests
- Identify and deliver automation and AI enhancements opportunities
- Assist with mail routing and tracking
- Create documentation of processes and procedures for licensing and tax registrations
- Prepare licensing and tax registration expense reports
- Other U.S. indirect tax tasks as needed, including filings
