**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Management Control Department of the **BU Castelli DOP & Specialità.**
The resource will support the management control team in the industrial, supply chain, purchasing, and commercial areas. Specifically, within each area, the resource will participate in the following main controlling processes:
* Support for monthly closing activities;
* Support for the budgeting, rolling, and forecasting process;
* Support in defining and controlling KPIs;
* Support in investment analysis;
* Support and guidance on performance;
* Support for reference business partners in seeking performance optimization.
