**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business & Female Proposition Manager to join HSBC Private Bank. This role is a unique blend of **proposition leadership** and **business management** . You’ll help shape and scale our **Women in Wealth** segment globally, while also acting as a key partner to the Distribution leadership team—overseeing BAU through an offshore team and driving strategic initiatives onshore.
