Position Overview
Responsible for general office and clinical support to clinical staff within the department.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Monitor the patient call back clinical phone line; notify appropriate clinician regarding patient needs and issues.
2. Make initial phone contacts with patients requiring clinical visits.
3. Work closely with clinical staff in obtaining required documentation in a timely manner; including DocuSign
4. Schedule appointments for clinical visits/virtual visits; create and close routes assigned to clinicians
5. Assist the clinical staff with patient follow-up phone calls and complete the needed clinical notes in the computer.
6. As appropriate, act as liaison between the customer service department and the clinical staff.
7. Assist patients with basic CPAP/VPAP troubleshooting
8. Direct patients to appropriate departments with concerns
