This is a core role for our start-up cleaning service company . You will start full-cycle sales & business development to acquire new clients and close deals at the early stage. Once projects are confirmed, you will take charge of the full on-site operation, service quality control, manpower arrangement and daily account management, growing together with the company from sales kick-off to stable project delivery.
ResponsibilitiesEarly stage: Develop new corporate clients (office, factory, commercial & residential cleaning), conduct cold outreach, client pitching, proposal & quotation, negotiate and sign contracts to expand company business.
Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, follow up demands, handle enquiries and feedback to boost cooperation & renewal rate.
