Become a Business Operations Analysis Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll analyze payment processing issues, identify trends and insights, and partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve challenges. You'll also help advance SCE's payment technology roadmap, supporting solutions that simplify the customer payment experience, reduce friction, and contribute to a consistent and reliable revenue stream for both customers and SCE.

Incident Management Team Expected Participation: Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every four to six weeks), to support IMT activations during emergency events.
