Business Operations Lead
ICONMA is seeking a resourceful Business Operations Lead to help streamline the operating machine across the organization. This role works cross-functionally across recruiting, delivery, onboarding, compliance, payroll, accounting, MSP/VMS, and client operations, identifying inefficiencies and helping drive process improvements. The ideal candidate brings a background in staffing operations, thrives wearing multiple hats, is driven to take ownership of initiatives, and actively leverages AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and deliver higher-quality output every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Functional Business Operations

+ Partner with recruiting, delivery, onboarding, compliance, payroll, accounting, and client operations teams to identify inefficiencies and streamline day-to-day workflows.

+ Document and improve standard operating procedures across departments to build a more consistent, scalable operating model.
