Job Function

To support HR programmes, policies and interventions for an operating company or function in collaboration with the HR leads. Support the HR lead in the execution of the tactical people and culture strategy and monitoring programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout the operating company or function, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated. Works closely with managers and employees within the operating company or function.

Key performance areas Implement the tactical HR strategy and plans, focusing on such areas as leadership capability, workforce performance, employee engagement and talent management. Support recruitment and learning activities for the operating company or function.
