Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Finance and Accounting or relevant qualification
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and improving finance management reporting, forecasting, analysis, and critical insights about the profitability and financial performance of the Practice Groups, clients, matters, products processes, sectors, regions, and systems within the firm
• Assist in the budget/forecasting planning and implementation with respective business unit head/leader
• Support management decision-making with financial modelling and feasibility studies
• Assist with monthly firm-wide and business unit/practice group EXCOM packs and FINCOM, analyse and provide insights on cost of sale, WIP write-down, headcount movement, rate leakage, ...
