Position Overview

Overall Objective

As a Business Performance & Process Improvement Specialist, you will drive regional process transformation initiatives by improving business processes, standardizing operations, strengthening data governance, and enhancing business visibility across multiple countries. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, implement best practices, and leverage automation and analytics to improve operational performance and forecast reliability.
