Administer variable compensation programs and process payroll month over month

Complete recurring & ad hoc manual tasks for processes not systematically automated
Perform validation and data quality checks on both data imports and exports, research any data inconsistencies, perform root cause analysis, and complete full reconciliation to guarantee accuracy
Use technical skills to understand Varicent ICM system configuration and process plan design changes and implementations
Suggest and test Varicent ICM system enhancements & process automations
