This contractor role will act as a hands-on transformation partner to the Head of Operations.
You will lead and support multiple operational improvement initiatives, working directly with engineering, production, procurement, facilities, and leadership teams.
This is not a theoretical role - success requires the ability to assess current-state realities, design practical solutions, and actively drive implementation in a fast-changing, engineering-driven environment.
