Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including process design, governance, and continuous improvement
Partner with Business Excellence and IT to design and optimize OTC processes, with a strong focus on Customer Order Management and scalable business solutions
Drive global process harmonization and ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Manage and prioritize the global OTC backlog while defining KPIs that support performance management and user adoption
Build and empower a global key user network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability development
Enable successful global rollouts by supporting fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and end-user support activities
