Lead & coordinate finance system transitions for the LU Finance Transformation Programme, ensuring smooth delivery, strong business readiness and minimal disruption.
This 12‑month fixed‑term role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating transition plans for finance system changes
- Engaging stakeholders and supporting business readiness activities
- Leading change communications, training and knowledge transfer
- Managing data migration, validation and process improvements
- Coordinating go‑live activities and supporting post‑implementation stabilisation
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience
