About this position

As a Business Process Management Lead, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing end‑to‑end business processes to drive sustainable improvements in operational performance. The position is based at our Longueuil location, Monday‑to‑Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on‑site.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and optimize end‑to‑end business processes.
• Lead current‑state process analysis and documentation (BPM mapping, waste identification, bottlenecks, root cause analysis).
• Facilitate work sessions to design future‑state processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo to improve and innovate processes.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
• Lead and coach process teams in the proper use of CORE methodologies, standards, and tools.
