Brief Description

This role serves as the execution arm of the Director of Operational Excellence within the client, ensuring that business processes are documented, evaluated, streamlined, and aligned across programs. Responsibilities include facilitating planning sessions with business owners and supporting business process improvement initiatives as needed.
