Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Provides expert consulting on process improvement initiatives and business strategies. Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities aligned with strategic goals.Manages complex projects and programs independently, assuming responsibility for pace, scope, and risk. Builds and maintains relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.Supports the design and implementation of continuous process improvement programs. Offers thought leadership and advises on the structure and value of formalized programs centered on business process management.Develops and applies consistent, repeatable process assessment and redesign methodologies, tools, and techniques including root cause analysis and identification of value-add activities.
