_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. This role is responsible for sorting requests in AWD and ripping emails from simple to medium-complexity worktypes on timely and accurate manner._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Sort and process AWD requests per established procedures while meeting agreed service-level standards
+ Rip emails from the mailbox and accurately index/process data entries with strong focus on quality and productivity
+ Exercise sound judgment in case processing; perform thorough checks on every case to prevent privacy incidents
+ Share timely updates and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
+ Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management

**Required Qualifications:**

+ With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience.
