Position Overview
**Position Responsibilities:**
β’ Act as a resource person for policies and procedures, work flows, systems functionality, system issues, complex corrections and practices.
β’ Act as point of escalation for highly sensitive and complex customer issues and if necessary conduct the required research to resolve issues in a thoroughly and timely manner.
β’ Handles complex transaction.
β’ Process all knowledgeable work types as well as assist in quality checking if needed.
β’ Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
and Monitor the work volume and adjust workforce accordingly.
**Required Qualifications:**
β’ College graduate
β’ At least 1 year experience in business process industry
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
