Description
Reporting to the Regional Leader, Training Centre Operations (TCO) East, the Business Process Specialist provides oversight and supports TCO operations, mainly in the areas of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and other business-related processes. The Business Process Specialist will assist the Regional Leader in overseeing and standardizing operations and processes throughout the organization and provide relevant performance management information.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Support the development, standardization, update, and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA), Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes across all TCO East operations, ensuring alignment with D&S Canada and Global programs
