Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of projects
Be actively involved with the operational delivery (e.g., BRS, Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing, End User Training, Pre Go Live and Post Go Live Support)
Perform functional demo of the system and facilitate discussion of workflow and identification of gaps together with our technology partner (as-is process in the system vs. desired process of the client)
Work with our technology partner and client in documenting business requirements, test scripts, and user guide
Directly coordinate with vendors and monitor resolution of issues raised during testing to ensure that it is resolved within the agreed SLA
Conduct knowledge transfer to Customer Support and Managed Services Team at the end of the project implementation
