Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting piot program. Ensure quality and accuracy of data.
Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record.
Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project.
Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data. Solutions for any issues.
Participates in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.
Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities.
