• banking with knowledge of US Dodd-Frank and/or financial operations experience preferred



Market Regs & Outreach role responsible for assisting with preparation of client scoping for US Regulatory Outreach programs associated to CFTC, ISDA, FINRA, SEC and Dodd Frank.



General knowledge or experience of skills below:



• Understanding of banking environment

• Knowledge of banking rules and regulations from financial regulators such as FINRA and SEC

• Ability to pick up on regulatory rules such as US Privacy regulation and SIPC Act quickly
