Business Resource Officer 

We're looking for an organised and proactive Business Resource Officer  to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and resource governance. Working closely with managers and recruitment teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people, data, and processes are managed efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate resource plans, workforce records, organisation charts, and capability data to ensure workforce information is always up to date.
• Monitor resource utilisation, employee availability, joiners, leavers, training, leave, and allocations, identifying capacity risks and supporting workforce planning.
• ‍ Support recruitment by coordinating hiring activities, participating in behavioural and values-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing structured feedback.
