Role Purpose:
This role’s primary goals are:
Keeping all BBD SOPs/Memos/SLAs updated. Enhancing the existing Business Banking process and services. Identifying innovative processes and services offering to support the growth of Business Banking Division. Supporting the Relationship Management Team in the overall customer transactions and queries. Ensuring that the products and services offering are in line with the ADIB overall strategy, goal & Sharia Guidelines. Liaising with the business partners to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
