Overview

Citi connects millions of people across cities and countries and provides a broad range of financial services to clients including consumers, corporations, governments or institutions. This role is based in Singapore and is titled Vice President, Business Risk and Control Officer, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly quality inspections of Control Design Assessments (CDAs), Monitoring and Testing Design Assessments (MTDAs), and Operational Effectiveness Monitoring and Testing (OEMTs), guided by MCA procedures, control standards and relevant Playbooks.
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify root causes of issues, recommending holistic corrective actions and improvements.
• Travel up to 25% to Asia countries for inspections across multiple Front-Line Units.
