As a Customer Champion Consultant in the Small Business Sales Team, you’ll play an essential role in helping local small business customers stay connected—offering expert advice and tailored solutions that make a real difference to their operations and growth.

Based in our Christchurch or Auckland CBD Support Office, you’ll support customers through inbound and outbound phone and messaging channels, focusing on Join and Leave intents for Mobile and Broadband campaigns. You’ll be the trusted advisor our small business customers rely on, delivering exceptional experiences while driving strong sales outcomes.
