We are looking for a highly experienced Business Setup Consultant who understands the UAE’s business landscape inside-out — from Mainland and Freezone structures to DIFC holding companies and family wealth structuring .

This role is not just about processing licenses — it’s about advising clients strategically , helping them choose the right jurisdiction, structure, and setup that aligns with their long-term business and tax goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Consultation Act as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates entering the UAE market
• Recommend the right jurisdiction: Mainland vs Freezone vs DIFC
• Guide clients on business activities, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements
• Jurisdiction Expertise In-depth understanding of:
• UAE Mainland company formation
• DIFC structures including:
• Family offices
