Position Summary:
TheBusiness Solutions Manager (BSM) is responsible for identifying new prospectsthat can benefit from ALLDATA products, following up on leads, and upsellingadditional products to existing customers in their market.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete customer visitsand phone calls to perform discovery, needs analysis and provide productdemonstrations.
Use a consultative salesapproach to reach decision makers, properly assess the shop's needs and matchthem with the right ALLDATA workflow solutions before closing the sale.
Conduct live producttest drives and customer training as applicable for all products.
Record allactivities/customer notes and manage customer opportunity pipeline within CRM withcurrent and accurate data.
Work cross functionallyto research and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate on market opportunitieswith other AutoZone business units.
