Position Overview

What YouWill Do

1.CSR part:

  • Ensure service and on time delivery for mass production order to intercompany per customer demand
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Generating sales leads and understands the urgency and priority of each order from intercompany.
  • Check supplier ECD from buyer, and feedback intercompany customer Virtual Plant ECD to SCH hub on daily basis.
  • Coordinate on goods allocation among STO orders and timely escalate for shortage issues.
  • Receive shipping doc from 3PL, upload tracking# into SAP, and share to SCH.
  • Coordination on changing shipping methods for urgent shipment.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Support plant SQE on RMA process
  • SAP sample order management
