Position Overview
**The opportunity**
Unity is seeking a business strategy and account performance partner to support strategic Aura accounts and help translate account needs into clear operational and commercial actions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, account performance, product understanding, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate understands the Aura business, can work closely with Sales, Account Management, Performance, Product, TAM, Finance, and Analytics teams, and can help ensure that customer requests, performance questions, and business opportunities are translated into clear priorities and follow-through. This is an individual contributor role for someone who combines strong business judgment, analytical fluency, and hands-on experience with Aura performance and account workflows.
