Position Overview

The Business Strategy & Analytics Manager partners closely with the Sourcing Leadership Team to lead strategic initiatives, drive change, deliver data driven insights and translating complex business data into actionable recommendations that support company-wide decision making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic business partner to the Global and Regional Sourcing Leadership Teams, supporting strategy formulation, execution, and communication of strategic priorities

Facilitate and drive strategic discussions and decision‑making in leadership meetings

Collaborate with global counterparts to gather, consolidate, analyze, and present business data

Develop meaningful, actionable insights through robust business analysis to support strategic planning, key initiatives, and cross‑functional projects
