In this role, you will deliver a 5‑star hotelier style service to guests, clients, and staff across a range of hospitality and operational functions. The following outline highlights key responsibilities; they may vary by site and on a roster basis.
Meeting Room and Client Suite Management
- Manage meeting rooms and client suites, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a professional appearance.
- Conduct pre‑checks for equipment and AV/VC as required for each meeting.
- Set up, reset, and configure rooms according to booking specifications.
- Troubleshoot simple AV/VC and collaboration tool issues.
- Administer the meeting room booking system: add, cancel, or amend reservations and communicate updates to end users.
